摘要
介绍了西昌新钢业炼铁厂2×35 m2环烧机五年来的主要技改项目,以及为完善厚料层低温烧结技术所实施的主要措施。同时通过机头除尘改造、增设空气煤气双预热炉、完善生石灰配消器、加强生产过程管理等,烧结矿的产质量以及强度均取得了较大改进。
The main technic amelioration items for 5 years of 2×35 m^2 sinter machines of Ironmaking plant of xin gang ye steel and me main measures of deep bed and low temperature sintering process were introduced, Sinter output , quality and intensity were improved by rebuilding first dedusting, adding warm-up furnace of air and gas, perfecting quicklime slaker and enhancing production course management.
