高炉高风温组合式换热系统的应用

摘要 高风温组合式换热系统由热管换热器、扰流子换热器、前置炉组合连接而成,攀钢新3#高炉利用新型高风温组合式换热系统回收热风炉烟气余热,预热热风炉煤气及助燃空气,高炉风温和利用系数均达到较高水平,效益显著。 High temperature combined heat exchanging system to be combination by the hot tube heat exchange machine, turbolator heat exchang machine , burning front stove,by means of combined heat exchanging system used in new No. 3 BF of Panzhihua Iron and steel Co. , recovering residual heat from the hot air stove fume, heating BF gas and combustion air, the temperature of BF air and the coefficient of application to all attain the higher level, obtaining conspicuous dividend.
