摘要 分析了腐植酸的结构性质及作为钻井液降滤失剂的缺点,对腐植酸进行了接枝共聚改性,以提高产品的分子量,同时引入了一些具有抗温、抗盐能力的基团。对影响产品性能的各种工艺参数进行了研究。改性后的腐植酸产品具有增黏、降滤失、抑制性等功能,实现了钻井液处理剂的一剂多功能,产品同时还具有较强的抗高温能力。该产品的聚合工艺反应时间短、操作简单易行、反应放热大,溶剂在反应过程中就被蒸发,减少了除去溶剂所需要的成本,具有推广应用价值。 Humic acids as drilling fluid additive had some defects and needed to be molecularly modified for better functioning in drilling fluids.Based on the analyses of the molecular structure of humic acids,molecular modification was done to humic acids by graft copolymerization.Some molecular groups with higher temperature stability and salt tolerance were introduced to the humic acids molecules to increase their molecular weight.The modified product had improved viscosifying,filtration control and inhibitive capacity.Furthermore,this new product was much more stable at elevated temperatures.The polymerization reaction was fast and easy to conduct,and was an exothermic reaction,with the solvents being evaporated during reaction.
