HJS-1井钻井液技术的研究与应用

摘要 在HJS-1井的相邻地区钻井过程中钻遇高压水层、水化分散能力强的含膏泥岩、复合盐岩层、易漏灰岩等多套复杂层系,井壁失稳导致了复杂事故的发生。使用聚合物钻井液、KCl聚合物钻井液、超高密度盐水钻井液、聚合醇环保欠饱和盐水钻井液等多套体系,满足了钻井施工、地质录井的需要。现场应用表明,KCl聚合物钻井液抗盐膏能力强;超高密度盐水钻井液性能稳定,有效防止了盐层的塑性蠕动,井眼稳定;聚合醇环保欠饱和盐水钻井液,有效地保护了油气层。该区使用环保型水基钻井液顺利完成了全井施工,达到了地质勘探目的。 Well HJS-1,a key exploration well in Block 416a-417,Qued Mya Basin,Algeria,penetrated different troublesome formations during drilling such as high pressure water zones,water sensitive shale formations imbedded with gypsum layers,Salt layers,and Limestone formations in which mud losses were frequently encountered.To deal with the downhole problems in these formations,different drilling fluids had been used in this well: polymer mud,KCl polymer mud,Ultra-high density salt mud,and Poly glycol under-saturated salt mud.The use of these muds met the requirements imposed by drilling and geology logging.Down hole troubles in different sections were successfully controlled.Water base drilling fluids have fount their application in this area where oil base drilling fluids prevailed.
