百色盆地那读组地层防塌钻井液技术研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 百色盆地那读组地层在钻进过程中经常发生垮塌、卡钻等复杂事故,甚至造成井眼报废。经过对百色盆地几套防塌钻井液体系的综合分析研究,选择出了防塌性能强、配伍性好的大小阳离子聚磺防塌钻井液。现场应用结果表明,该钻井液性能稳定,润滑性能好,携砂能力强,保证了井眼的清洁,有效地防止了地层的垮塌,避免了复杂事故的发生。该钻井液有较强的抑制性和抗污染能力,流动性好,转化工艺简单,维护方便,较好地满足了该地层的钻进需要。 Bore hole wall collapse and pipe sticking were always encountered in the Nadu Formation in Baise Basin,leading to sometimes abandoned wells.It was concluded,based on laboratory studies,that to prevent the bore hole wall collapse,three factors contributing to the instability of the bore hole wall should be considered as a whole.Inhibitive drilling fluids had been used in Baise Basin for years,especially the cationic polymer/sulfonate mud.If combined with good drilling fluid maintenance and operating techniques,this mud can be best used in the controlling of the sloughing Nadu Formation.By carefully engineering the mud,drilling in Nadu Formation was smoothly and successfully performed.
