摘要 感染、炎症、组织损伤等应激原导致机体血浆中多种蛋白质浓度在短期内迅速变化,这些蛋白质被称为急性期反应蛋白.本文主要介绍了急性期反应蛋白的分类、生物学功能和合成的调控机制以及近年来相关的应用和研究现状,并对研究的发展趋势做了进一步分析. Any Protein whose plasma concentration markedly changes during infection, inflammatory disorders and trauma etc is called acute- phase protein. This article briefly introduced the classification, functions and synthesis regulations of APP, summarized the status quo of application and research of APP, and predicted the trend of APP research program.
