摘要 试验研究粘合树脂PN759替代间苯二酚在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中,以粘合树脂PN759等量替代间苯二酚,同时以促进剂NS减量替代促进剂DZ,可以保证胶料的加工安全性、硫化特性和物理性能达到使用间苯二酚的水平,提高成品轮胎的耐久性能,降低原材料成本,解决了胶料在混炼和加工过程中出现的冒烟问题。 The application of adhesive resin PN759 to replace resorcinol in carcass ply compound of TBR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using adhesive resin PN759 instead of resorcinol by equal weight in carcass ply compound of TBR tire, and accelerator NS instead of accelerator DZ by less weight, the processing safety, curing behavior of rubber compound and physical properties of vulcanizate were kept at the same levels, but the endurance of finished tire increased, the cost of material reduced, and smoking of compound in mixing and processing was also avoided.
