目的:提高护理人员的防范意识.方法:通过加强管理,提高护理工作质量、改善服务理念及态度等一系列措施.结果:使护理风险明显减少.结论:维护护患双方的合法权益,并使急诊的护理风险降至最低限度.

Objective： To enhance the consciousness of nursing staff to avoid the confrontations. Methods： The measures, such as strengthening the management to improve the care quality, changing the service ideas and attitude, were applied. Results： The risk of confrontation was reduced. Conclusion：These measures reduce the risk of confrontation to a minimum and safequard the rights and interests of nurse and patient at the same time.
