20~59岁成人身体成分与脂肪分布趋势研究 被引量:14

摘要 通过使用日本产TANITA-418身体成分仪对内蒙古通辽市20~59岁脑力劳动者的脂肪率和脂肪分布进行测试,对随年龄变化的身体成分和脂肪分布变化特点及肥胖发展趋势研究,为在不同年龄段及不同性别的运动处方提供理论依据.实验结论如下:1.男性BMI峰值出现在30~39岁年龄段.脂肪总量和体脂肪率在40~49岁达到峰值,从50岁开始脂肪量和体脂肪率都开始下降.2.女性BMI在30~39岁年龄段达到峰值,脂肪总量在40~49岁年龄段显著增加(P〈0.01),同样脂肪率也随之增加,脂肪量和脂肪率的峰值出现在40-49岁年龄段.3.男性在三个年龄段脂肪分布都是躯干脂肪率大于下肢脂肪率;下肢脂肪率大于上肢脂肪率;脂肪分布呈中心型肥胖.4.女性脂肪分别为下半身脂肪率大于躯干脂肪率. To provide theoretic base for exercise prescription at different ages and different genders through the analysis of non-physical forces' body composition in the city. Test the fat percentage and fat distribution using body composition analyzer (TANITA-418) which is produced in Japan. Conclusion 1. The peak value of BMI of males appears in the thirties and total fat and fat percentage reach the peak value in the forties and from the fifty, the two index began to fall. 2. The peak value of BMI of females appears in the thirties, total fat(P〈0.01) increases remarkably in the forties, meanwhile fat percentage increases as well, the peak value of the two index appears in the forties. 3. The fat distribution in males who are at different ages has the same tendency-body fat percentage is over that in lower limbs;while fat percentage in lower limbs is over upper limbs ; generally it belongs to center-fatted type. 4. The fat in lower limbs is over that in body for females.
