摘要
采用身体自尊量表(PSCC)及临床症状自评量表(SCL-90),测查250名大学生的身体自我和心理健康状况,探讨两者之间的关系,结果表明:不同心理健康水平的大学生身体自我水平不同,心理健康组学生的身体自我总分及各因子分均高于有中度以上心理问题的学生组;大学生的身体自我与心理健康呈较高的正相关,身体自我得分越高,心理健康水平越高,其中身体吸引力因子对心理健康影响最大。这一结果为身体自我与心理健康关系的深入研究提供了基础,也为大学生心理健康教育及心理疾病的防治提供理论支持。
Based on the analysis of the results from two scientific statistics PSCC and SCL - 90 of 250 students in our university, this paper puts forward the following opinions that students with different mentality will definitely possess different physical self status, that students with better mental status will score higher in affinity genes, and that students with better physical self will surely be better in mental health. Therefore, we can safely draw the eonclusion that there is a close relation between physical self and mental health, on which we may provide positive theoretical support for the mental health education and the prevention of psychological diseases.
