商业贿赂是一种"权钱交易"的亚文化现象,对我国健康的行政伦理关系形成了严峻的冲击和挑战。为了从根本上防治这种腐败行为的滋生蔓延,必须加强对各级政府及其公务员的行政伦理教育。我们要坚持公平正义的行政伦理价值观,不断促进行政伦理制度化和行政制度伦理化建设,增强政府部门及其公务员的责任意识,提高行政能力和水平,从而建立起防治商业贿赂的长效机制和体系,推动我国社会的和谐发展与文明进步。

Business bribery is a sub-culture phenomenon of the exchange of power and money and has a severe impact on and challenge to China＇s healthily administrative ethics. In order to prevent corruption＇s breeding and spreading, it is necessary to adopt the following methods. They are： to strengthen education of administrative ethics to governments at all levels and civil servants; to adhere to the values of administrative ethics of fairness and justice and to promote continuously the institutionalization of administrative ethics and the ethicalization of administrative institution; to strengthen the responsible awareness of government departments and civil servants and to enhance their administrative ability and level; to establish a long-term mechanism of controlling business bribery and to promote the harmonious development and civilization progress of Chinese society.
