摘要
从实效性角度看,思想政治教育主体素质是影响思想政治教育实效的重要因素。思想政治教育主体的素质结构必须做到知、情、意、能、德的统一。思想政治教育主体的素质培养既有可能性也有必要性,应该通过多种途径培养和提高思想政治教育主体的素质。
From the angle of real results, the subject＇s qualities play an important role in the Ideological and Plitical Education. The reasonable subject＇s qualities of Ideological and Plitical Education must include knowledge, emotion, will, ability and moral qualities. To cultivate the subject＇s qualities of Ideologicaland Plitical Education has probability and necessity. We should cultivate and develop the subject＇s qualities of Ideological and Plitical Education through various paths.
