癫宁片的急性毒性试验研究

Study on Acute Toxicity Test of Dianning Tablets

目的考察癫宁片的急性毒性。方法采取灌胃给药方式测定癫宁片的小白鼠半数致死量(LD50),用Bliss法计算LD50及95%可信限。结果小白鼠灌胃给药的LD50为1139.5mg/kg(相当于人用量的142倍)。结论癫宁片具有一定的毒性,临床应用时应控制剂量和疗程。

Objective To study the acute toxicity of Dianning Tablets. Methods Oral administration was used to determine the lethal dose 50（LD50） of the mice treated with Dianning Tablets, and Bliss method was used to calculate LDso and 95% confidence. Results LD50 of the orally administrated mice was 1 139.5 mg/kg （equal to 142 times of person＇s dosage）. Conclusion Dianning Tablets has a certain toxicity, the dose and treatment course should be controlled in clinical application.
