摘要 目的通过自身正交投影法对色谱指纹图谱的峰纯度进行鉴别。方法用目标组分光谱构建正交投影阵,对目标色谱峰的光谱进行投影,以投影前后光谱的夹角余弦作为依据来鉴别目标色谱峰纯度。结果通过鉴别温郁金挥发油色谱指纹图谱的峰纯度,识别出吉马酮等2个纯色谱峰。结论自身正交投影用于色谱指纹图谱峰纯度的鉴别,方法可行,结果可靠。 Objective To identify the peak purity of chromatographic fingerprints by self orthogonal projection. Methods The projection matrix was constructed with the spectrum of the target component peak. The target component spectrum was projected and the cosine value of between target component spectrum and its projected residue was applied as a criterion to test the peak purity of target components. Results Two pure peaks of chromatographic fingerprints for volatile oil from Radix Curcumae, including germacrone, were identified by the proposed method. Conclusion The method of peak purity identification of chromatographic fingerprints by self orthogonal projection is feasible with reliable result.
