野外长输管道作业噪声对工人听力影响的探讨

摘要 目的探讨野外长输管道施工职业噪声暴露对作业工人听力的影响。方法通过对大口径长输管道施工现场进行噪声监测并对接触不同噪声工人及办公管理和后勤人员进行电测听检查,分析噪声对作业工人听力的影响。结果作业工人的听力损伤发生率为33.5%,管理及后勤人员为6%,两组比较差异有非常显著性(χ2=26.341,P<0.01)。结论接触高噪声作业工人的听力损伤远大于不接触或接触低噪声人员,且噪声强度越大、噪声接触时间越长,听力损伤检出率越高。 Purpose: discussion on effect o noise on workers' hearing in the long pipeline fieldwork. Method: by monitoring noise in the large diameter pipeline fieldwork and auditory evoked responses to workers and office staff'that contact different noises, analysis is made for worker's hearing. Results: distribution of occurrence of workers' hearing loss is 33.5%, office staffs is 6%, so, the comparative difference between two teams is high significant ( χ^2=26.341, P 〈0.01). Conclusion: hearing loss of workers who contact high noise is bigger than others', and occurfence of loss is higher if the workers contact more intensive noise and longer time.
