摘要
目的建立益母草中盐酸水苏碱含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用磺酸基团键合硅胶的阳离子交换剂(SCX)为填充剂的色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾-磷酸(15:85:0.15);检测波长为192nm。结果盐酸水苏碱在进样量为0.14~11.18μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;盐酸水苏碱的平均回收率为98.95%,RSD为1.21%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强,重现性好,可作为益母草中盐酸水苏碱的定量测定方法。
Aim To establish a method for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in leonurus japonicus houtt by HPLC . Methods The chromatographic column was shim-park Hypersil SCX column (250 mm× 4.6ram,5.0 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-potas- sium dihydrogen phosphate-phosphoric acid( 15: 85: 0.15) and UV detection was performed at 192 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range between 0. 14 and 11.18μg of stachydrine(r =0. 9999). The average recover was 98.95% and RSD was 1. 21% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is selective and reproducible, and can be used to determine stachydrine hydrochloride in leonurus japonicus houtt.
