摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定徐长卿中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚在0.0352~0.2816μg范围内与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系;r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率=100.96%(RSD=1.9%,n=5)。结论本法操作简便、准确可靠,可用于徐长卿的质量控制。
Aim To determine the content of paeonol in radix etrhizoma cynanchi paniculati by HPLC. Method A C18 column was used,methanol-water (45 at 55) as mobile phase with UV detection at 274 nm,flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1 ,and column temperature: 35℃. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range between 0.035 2 and 0. 281 6μg, r = 0. 999 9 ( n = 5 ) . The average recovery was 100. 96% (n = 5) and RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion The method was simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of radix etrhizoma cynanchi paniculati.
