摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定舒通肩痛片中阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-0.1％三氟乙酸水溶液（35：65）；流速为1ml·min^-1；检测波长313nm。结果阿魏酸进样量在1．75～28．00mg·L^-1之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为101．46％，RSD为2．03％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简单、快速，可用于舒通肩痛片的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for determination of ferullic acid in shutongjiantong tablets by HPLC. Method Kromasil C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid （35：65）as mobile phase, the flow rate being 1.0 ml · min^-1, and the detection wavelength at 313 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 1.75 ～ 28.00 ml · min^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）, and the average recovery was 101.46% （ RSD = 2. 03 ）. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,and can be used for the quality control of shutongjiantong tablets.
