摘要 运用吹脱法处理催化剂生产过程中产生的含(NH4)2SO4高浓度氨氮废水,考察了吹脱时间、废水pH、吹脱温度等因素对氨氮最大脱除率的影响.结果表明,当废水pH为11.5,吹脱温度为80℃,吹脱时间为120 min,废水中氨氮脱除率可达99.2%.在此基础上探索了吹脱法脱除氨氮的工业装置操作的吹脱温度和气液比对废水氨氮脱除率的影响,适宜的操作工艺条件是:废水pH 11.5,吹脱温度为80℃,气液体积比300. The high-enriched ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from the catalyst production is treated by air stripping. The influencing factors on the maximum removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen, including the stripping time, the value of pH, and the temperature of the wastewater, were investigated. The results showed that with pH 11.5, the temperature 80 ℃, stripping time 120 min, the removal rate was 99. 2%. The effects of stripping temperature and the ratio of air to liquid for the operation of the commercial device by air stripping were further explored. The optimum technological condition for operation was described as follows : pH 11.5, the temperature 80 ℃ and the volume ratio of air to liquid 300.
