在借鉴国内外部分学者研究成果的基础上,从不同的视角对隐喻的基本功能做了初步梳理,提出隐喻具有构词功能、表情功能、美学功能、说理功能、文化功能和描摹功能的观点并加以论述。

On the basis of drawing lessons from some domestic and international scholar＇s research results, the basic function of the metaphor are summarized from different visual angles. The viewpoint that metaphor has the functions of word-formation, emotive, aesthetic, persuasive, cultural and descriptive is put forward and discussed.
