摘要
从人性的角度分析,我国现行教师评价制度在一定程度上存在着消解教师人性发展的现象,主要体现在:社会本位和工业文明的评价理念在一定程度上加速了教师角色的异化;奖惩和选拔的评价目的在一定程度上强化了教师的功利需求;大一统的评价纬度和指标体系束缚了教师的个性成长;追求量化的评价指标淡化了教师的人际情感;行政推进的评价手段滋生了媚权意识;行为控制的评价结果导致了教师的顺从人格。解决措施是重构"以人为本"的教师评价制度。
There exist serious defects in the present teachers' evaluation system in China, which are the barriers to the promotion of teachers' nature. These arc reflected as follows: the evaluation view of industrial civilization speeds up teachers' differentiation; the evaluation purpose of awarding, punishment and promotion strengthen teachers' profit needs; the uniform of evaluation standard suppresses the growth of teachers' personality; the emphasis of the quantifications of evaluation weakens teachers' interpersonal feelings; the evaluation of administrative advancement produces the sense of rights; the outcome of the evaluation of performance controlling leads to a teachers' obedient personality. The measure to solve this problem is to build up a human-oriented evaluation system.
