摘要
聘用兼职教师是高职院校适应市场竞争的必然选择。然而,在实际工作中,却存在兼职教师数量不足、聘用渠道不畅、管理机制不完善等问题。加强兼职教师队伍建设,一要加强宣传,二要改善待遇,三要建立师资库,四要畅通渠道。
The employment of part-time teacher is the inevitable choice for the senior high vocational college to adapt the market competition. However, in practical work, there are some problems, for example, the shortage of teachers; the impeded employment channel; the imperfect management mechanism and so on. To enhance part-time teacher troops construction, we must do as follows: first, strengthen the propaganda; second, improve the treatment; third, build the teachers' storehouse and at last, improve the unimpeded channel.
