Ag_(0.9)Li_(0.1)(Nb_(0.7)Ta_(0.3))O_3纳米粉体的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用柠檬酸-草酸混合配体法合成出Ag0.9Li0.1(Nb0.7Ta0.3)O3复合氧化物纳米粉体,应用TG-DTA、XRD、IR、TEM等分析手段对该陶瓷粉体的制备条件进行了研究,并对其性能进行了表征;研究结果表明:该纳米瓷粉的合成温度为800℃,灼烧时间为2小时,粉体平均粒径大约为45 nm,无严重的团聚现象。用传统成瓷工艺在1040℃下制得瓷件的介电常数ε大于500,优于固相法制得瓷件的性能。 In this paper, Ag0.9Li0.1(Nb0.7Ta0.3)O3 complex oxide powder was prepared through oxalate- citric acid wet mothod. The preparing condition was investigated by TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The result shows that the synthetical temperature is 800℃, the calcining time is two hours, and the size of the powder is about 45nm. The dielectric constant of ceramic sample prepared under trational techniques is more than 500, and better than the ceramic sample prepared by solid method.
