Study about The Theory Foundation of Participant Training and application in safety training

依据教育学、心理学的相关理论,阐述了参与式方法的理论基础,;并探讨了如何在安全培训中应用这一方法,进一步提高培训组织者的管理水平,完善培训方法的体系建设。

On base of the basis theory of pedagogics,humanics ,sociology,psychology and philosophy, the present paper analyzed the theory foundation of participant method and application in training. It not only will advance the supervisory ability of organizer , but also provide some theories basis for perfecting training method.
