完善招投标工作与加强工程造价计价管理的探讨

Discussion on Performing Bidding and Invite Bidding after the Promulgation of Bill of Quantity of Project Criterion

工程量清单计价制的推行使工程造价计价的管理与招投标的关系更加紧密。本文针对推行《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》后招投标工作可能遇到的问题,参照国际惯例、国内试运行的经验以及工作中的体会,阐述了在推行《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》后做好招投标工作的对策和亟待配套的相关措施。

The relationship between management and bidding/invite bidding has become closer after the price calculation criterion by quantity of project was put in practice. This paper addressed the strategies and the necessary measures in terms of the bidding/ invite bidding process after the promulgation of ＂Bill of Quantity of Project Price Calculation Criterion in Construction Project＂, with the consideration of the probably emerged problems after the execution of this criterion. The international conventions were referenced and the domestic experiences in the probative period of this criterion as well as the experience of the author in work were also covered in the paper.
