"孝"是中华民族优秀的文化传统,是家庭伦理的核心。在构建和谐社会的今天,"孝"面临诸多困境,但发展"孝伦理"是构建和谐社会的应有之义,是构建和谐社会的首要前提。适时地对传统孝伦理的局限进行必要的批判,建立平等、民主、博爱、广敬、普世、科学的现代孝伦理对构建社会主义和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。

The development of filial piety is the premise of building a harmonious society . Of course, it is necessary to criticize the illogical filial content according to the requirement of the times .
