A Transformation,Challenge and Restructuring——the Legitimate Foundation for the Reign of Communist Party of China

1949年中共执政到改革开放前,主要以意识形态为合法性基础。改革开放初,把合法性由以意识形态为基础成功地转型为以有效性为基础,但对经济绩效的过分追求导致了合法性的现实挑战。因此,必须开发和整合合法性资源,重构合法性基础。

The ideology is taken as the legitimate foundation for the reign of Communist Party of China （ CPC ）from the year 1949 to the end of 1970＇ s . In the early stage of the opening up to outside world , the transformation in the legitimate foundation of reign has been successfully made from the ideology - oriented to the validity - oriented in China. The legitimate foundation for the reign of Communist Party of China is facing the challenges because of excessive seeking for the economic performances . The paper think that it is necessary and obligatory for us to develop and restructure the sources of the reign and to rebuild the legitimate foundation for CPC.
