广东省上市公司治理结构与经营绩效关系实证研究

The Empirical Study on the Relationship Between the Corporate Governance and the Operation Performance in Guangdong Province

公司治理结构是现代企业制度的核心,是企业提高经营绩效的关键因素。以1998-2007年广东上市公司为样本,对公司治理结构中的各因素与经营绩效指标进行了相关性实证检验,结果表明,目前广东省上市公司的经营绩效与公司治理结构的特征指标之间没有一个显著性关系。

The corporate governance is the core of the modern enterprise system and it is the key factor to boost the operation performances. The corporate governance problem should be solved correctly . On the base of some research data from the enterprises in Guangdong province, the paper discusses the relativity between the governance and the operation performances in enterprises. The research shows that there is no relativity between the corporate governance and the operation performance .
