Xindongfang School is the largest private educational institution in China , and it is also the second Chinese private company listed in the New York Stock Exchange . The paper discusses whether the successful model of the school listed in the United States can be reproduced or not , and whether the transformation of its corporate governance and its developing path are of significance or not for the development of the private educational institutions in China .
