摘要
采用纯合饲粮试验研究了纤维和锰对肉仔鸡锰利用的影响。结果表明,纤维使胫骨和胰脏中锰含量显著降低(P<0.05),使胫骨重显著降低(P<0.05),使鸡腿病加重。加锰可减轻纤维的不良影响,说明纤维对鸡的不良作用之一是影响锰利用的结果。
Effects of fibre and maganese on performance and manganese utilization in broiler were stdied with purified diet. The results showed that manganese contents in tibia and pancreas, and tibia weight were reduced (P<0.05), and leg weaknean incidence was inereese with dietary supplementatinn of fibre. The ill effects of fibre were provented with manganeseu pplementation in diet. The results indicated that dietary fibre had much effect on manganese utilization in broilers.
