摘要
目的:体外观察一定浓度的辛伐他汀对人牙周膜细胞合成Ⅰ型胶原能力的影响,探讨辛伐他汀对牙周组织再生的影响。方法:体外培养人牙周膜细胞,进行鉴定后,取第5代细胞用于实验。实验分0.125、0.250、0.500、1.000μmol/L辛伐他汀组和对照组,加药3d后,用羟脯氨酸试剂盒检测细胞合成Ⅰ型胶原能力。结果:4个辛伐他汀实验组均可促进人牙周膜细胞合成Ⅰ型胶原,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),但实验组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀可促进人牙周膜细胞合成Ⅰ型胶原。
Aim : To observe the effects of simvastatin on the type- Ⅰcollagen synthesis of human periodontal ligament cells( HPLC). Methods:The HPLC were cultured in vitro, and exposed to 0. 125,0. 250,0. 500 ,and 1. 000μmol/L simvastatin. After 3 days, the type- I collagen synthesis of HPLC was detected by assaying the level of hydroxyproline. Results: Compared with control group, simvastatins(0.125,0. 250,0. 500, and 1. 000 pLmol/L) could significantly increase the type- Ⅰ collagen synthesis ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but no differences was found among four experimental groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Simvastatin could promote the type- Ⅰ collagen synthesis of HPLC.
