郑州市农民新型农村合作医疗制度参合意向调查

Investigation of farmers' intention about new rural cooperative medical system of Zhengzhou

目的:调查郑州市3个样本县(市)农户对新型农村合作医疗(新农合)的继续参合意愿。方法:利用郑州市新农合发展战略研究方案调查资料对郑州市巩义、新郑、中牟3县(市)农民参合率、参合意愿、筹资水平及其对政府的信任度进行分析。结果:已参合农户继续参合意愿高于未参合农户(χ2=190.061,P<0.01)。巩义、新郑、中牟参合率分别为96.6%,89.1%和91.4%,3县(市)参合率差异有统计学意义(χ2=38.805,P<0.001)。认为政府能否办好合作医疗、能否接受10元筹资水平、是否愿意多交钱参合、参合后看病是否方便是影响农民继续参合的主要原因。结论:加强宣传,合理制定筹资水平,提高政府的信任度和合作医疗的科学管理是增强农民参合积极性的重要举措。

Aim： To analyze farmers＇ cognition towards the new rural cooperative medical system（NRCMS） of three counties of Zhengzhou. Methods： NRCMS research program was used to analyze the proportion of people taking part in NRCMS, the will of taking part in NRCMS, the level of raising money and the confidence in government of the farmers from Goygyi,Xinzheng and Zhongmu. Results：The intention to go on taking part in NRCMS of farmers who have taken part in NRCMS was higher than that of farmers who haven＇（x2 = 190. 061 ,P 〈0.0! ）. The average proportion of the people taking pan in NRCMS of Gongyi, Xinzheng and Zhongmu were 96.6% ,89. 1% and 91.4% , there were significant differences amoug the three counties （X2 = 38. 805 ,P 〈0. 001 ）. The main factors affecting farmer to go on taking part in NRCMS were believing that the government have the ability to make NRCMS better,recepting 10 yuan payment, the will to raise more money to take part in NRCMS, the convenience of seeing a doctor. Conclusion： The important way to strengthen farmer＇s activation to take part in NRCMS including promoting propaganda, formulating the level of raising money reasonably, eleva- ting the confidence of government and scientific management of NRCMS.
