豫医无毛小鼠皮肤组织细胞凋亡及神经细胞黏附分子检测 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究豫医无毛小鼠皮肤组织细胞凋亡及细胞黏附分子(NCAM)的表达情况。方法:以21日龄、4月龄和9月龄昆明小鼠和豫医无毛小鼠背部皮肤为标本,采用TUNEI法检测皮肤细胞凋亡,免疫组织化学染色法检测NCAM。结果:豫医无毛小鼠毛母质和毛乳头均有细胞凋亡,昆明小鼠仅毛母质细胞存在凋亡,毛乳头细胞不发生凋亡。随鼠龄的增长,昆明小鼠及预医无毛小鼠毛乳头NCAM表达均逐渐降低(P<0.05);同昆明小鼠比较,豫医无毛小鼠毛乳头部位NCAM表达较弱(P<0.05)。结论:无毛基因可能通过诱导小鼠皮肤毛乳头细胞的凋亡而影响毛囊的正常生长发育。 Aim: To study the apoptosis and the expression of NCAM in hair follicle(HF) of Yuyi hairless mouse. Methods:The skin specimens of Kunming mice and YYHL aged 21 d, 4 months and 9 months were subjected to detect ap- optosis using TUNEL method and the expression of NCAM using immunohistochemical stain. Results:Apoptosis was detected in hair papilla and hair matrix of YYHL, but only in hair matrix of Kunming mice. The expreesion of NCAM dereased with the age of Kunming mice and YYHL( P 〈 0.05 ) , but the expression of NCAM in hair papilla of YYLH was lower than that of Kunming mice(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The apoptosis of hair pailla cell induced by hairless gene may affect the normal growth of hair follicle.
