摘要
目的:观察坐骨神经压迫性损伤所致慢性神经痛大鼠脊髓背角P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)表达的变化。方法:48只成年健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组和慢性神经痛(CCI)组,每组12只。CCI组采用坐骨神经套管压迫法制备慢性神经痛大鼠模型。术后第4、7、14、28天取L5节段脊髓,利用免疫细胞化学方法检测SP、CGRP的表达。结果:术后第4、7、14、28天,CCI组术侧脊髓背角浅层内SP和CGRP的表达明显高于其对侧及假手术组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性神经痛时脊髓背角SP、CGRP表达上调,可能在脊髓痛觉信息传递中发挥重要作用。
Aim:To investigate the expression of substance P( SP), calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in the dor- sal horn of spinal cord in rats with chronic neuropathic pain. Melhods:A total of 48 adult SD rats were randomly and equal- ly divided into experimental control group (sham-operation) and CCI groups. Expression of SP and CGRP in the dorsal horn of spinal cord were detected by immunohistochemical method on the days 4,7,14,28 after CCI operation. Results: At the day 4,7,14,28, the expression SP and CGRP were higher compared with those of the experimental control group(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The chronic neuropathic pain is concomitant with the significant increase of SP and CGRP expression in dorsal horn, and SP and CGRP might play important roles in the transmisson of pain information in spinal cord.
