类风湿性关节炎肾损害患者血清抗C1q抗体检测

Detection of serum anti-C1q antibody in rheumatoid arthritis patients with renal injury

目的:检测类风湿性关节炎(RA)肾损害患者血清抗C1q抗体。方法:采集42例RA无肾损害(NR-RA)患者、8例RA肾损害(WR-RA)患者和40例正常献血人员的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测抗C1q抗体。结果:NR-RA组和WR-RA组的抗C1q抗体相对浓度均高于正常对照组(P均<0.05)。NR-RA组(19.05%)和WR-RA组(25.00%)血清中抗C1q抗体的阳性率均高于正常对照组(2.50%)(P均<0.05)。结论:抗C1q抗体可能参与RA肾脏损害。

Aim： To detect anti-Clq antibody in serum from rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients with renal injury. Methods： A total of 42 non-renal RA （NR-RA） patients,8 with-renal RA （NR-RA） patients, and 40 normal people were enrolled in the study. ELISA method was used to detect anti-C1 q antibody. Results： The relative concentration of anti-C1 q antibody in NR-RA group and WR-RA group was significantly higher than that in normal group（ P 〈 0.05）. The positive prevalence of anti-C1q antibodies in NR-RA group （ 19.05% ） and in WR-RA group（25.00% ） was significantly higher than that in normal group（ 2.50% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Anti-C1q antibody might provide an explanation in the pathogenesis of RA with renal injury.
