摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆抵抗素水平变化及其临床意义。方法:研究对象88例,经冠状动脉造影证实,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)31例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)23例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)19例,冠脉造影正常15例。应用ELISA方法测定各组空腹血浆抵抗素、IL-6、血脂水平。结果:正常对照组、SAP组、UAP组及AMI组血浆抵抗素水平依次增高(F=101.39,P<0.05)。冠心病患者抵抗素水平与IL-6、apo-B和血糖呈正相关(r分别为0.90,0.29,0.49,P均<0.05),与HDL-C、apo-A1呈负相关(r分别为-0.37,-0.32,P均<0.01)。结论:抵抗素可能通过参与炎症反应和影响血脂代谢在冠心病的发生发展中起作用。
Aim: To assess the association between plasma resistin level and coronary heart disease (CHD), Methods :A total of 88 in-patients who received coronary angiography were allocated into 4 groups: normal control group (n = 15 ) , stable angina pectoris(SAP) group( n = 31 ) , unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group( n = 23 ) , acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group( n = 19), The fasting plasma resistin and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were examined by ELISA, blood lipids were measured at the same time. Results :The plasma resistin level of the normal control,SAP,UAP,AMI group increased by turn ( P 〈 0. 05). Correlated analysis demonstrated that the fasting plasma resistin level was positively correlated with the plasma levels of IL-6, apoprotein-B and blood glucose ( r was 0, 90,0, 29,0, 49, respectively, P 〈 0, 05 ) ; but it was neg- atively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apo-A1 ( r was - 0, 37, - 0, 32, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion: Resistin,partieipating in inflummatory reaction and affecting metabolism of bood lipids, may be playing a role in development and aggravation of CHD,
