HPLC法测定浓缩六味地黄丸中马钱苷含量

Determination of loganin in enrished Liuwei Dihuangwan by HPLC

目的:建立浓缩六味地黄丸中马钱苷含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用C18柱,以四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(体积比为1∶8∶4∶87)为流动相,检测波长为236nm,柱温40℃。结果:精密度实验RSD为1.18%,稳定性实验RSD为2.18%,重现性实验RSD为1.32%,线性范围0.2355～1.6485μg,标准曲线C=1591665.3A-12161.7(r=0.9996,P<0.05),平均加样回收率100.43%,RSD为2.18%。结论:该方法测定浓缩六味地黄丸中马钱苷含量,简便、灵敏、稳定、可靠。

Aim： To establish HPLC method for determination of loganin in enrished Liuwei Dihuangwan. Methods： The system consisted of C18 column,tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol-O. 05% phosphoric acid solution （ 1 ： 8 ： 4 ： 87 ） mixture ,the mobile phase was 236 nm, and column tremperature was 40 ~C. Results： Precision test RSD was 1.18% , stability test RSD was 2.18% , repeation test RSD was 1.32% , linear range was 0. 235 5 - 1. 648 5 μg , standard curve was C=1 591 665.3A-12 161.7 （r=0.9996,P〈0.05）, the mean recovery was 100.43% with RSD of 2.18% . Conclusion： The method can be used as the determination of loganin in Enr-ished Liuwei Dihuangwan.
