"The Social Construction of China" on Angle of the Civil Society Theory

中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会报告中提出加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设,这在中国共产党的历史上是第一次。一般政治理论认为,社会建设在一定程度上意味着市民社会的成长和发育,因此,这对于中国相对独立于国家的社会力量——市民社会的生成具有重大影响。

The reporting of the 17th National People＇ Congress Communist Party of China proposed to speed up the advancement of social construction. On the history of Communist Party of China, it was the first time. On the general political theory,the social construction meant to the growth of Civil Society. This will be the significant influence on constructing of the Civil Society.
