摘要
在义务教育阶段落实素质教育,必须解决四个矛盾:"教育机会均等"与"应试教育"愈演愈烈的矛盾;大班额环境与个性化教学之间的矛盾;发挥教师的创造性与学校领导教育观念、管理方法落后的矛盾;教师整体素质偏低与素质教育对教师要求高的矛盾。
There are four contradictions having to be resolved in the stage of compulsory education, namely, equality of educational opportunity against test-oriented education, backward large class quota environment against individualized teaching, fully playing teachers' creativity against school administrator's backward educational notion and administrative methods, teachers' overall relatively low quality against higher requirements of quality education on the teachers.
