摘要
通过分析岗位绩效工资的理论基础,以山东枣庄矿业集团蒋庄煤矿中层管理人员为例,引入要素评分法,定量分析岗位相对价值,划分了岗位等级,从而确定岗位工资;设计了具体的考核指标,以确定绩效工资,并根据岗位工资和绩效工资的构成不同,设计了不同的工资核算与支付方式。
Based on the theory of post performance salary. Firstly, point factor method is applied in the quantitive analysis of the relative post value for the mid-level management staff members in a certain coal mine enterprise of Shandong Province ; Secondly, different posts are graded and post salary is determined; Thirdly, concrete appraisal indexes are designed to determine the performance salary; Finally, different accounting and payment methods are devised according to the different structures of post salary and performance salary.
