摘要
双功能螯合剂的合成需要用时间分辨荧光免疫法来分析,因此设计了采用固相时间分辨荧光免疫法来分析螯合剂中间体4,4’-二溴-6,6’-二氨甲基-二乙羰基-2,2’-联吡啶的合成路线。以4,4’-二硝基-6,6’-二甲基-2,2’-联吡啶-N,N-二氧化物为原料,经过乙酰溴溴化、脱氧、NBS溴化、胺解四步合成了该化合物。通过熔点、红外光谱、元素分析、核磁共振对其进行了表征。
The synthesis of the bi-functional chelated should be analyzed by means of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TFI) method. As the result, we put forward a synthesis route in which the fixed phase TFI method is used to analyze the medium Tetraethyl, 2' ,2'',2'''-[-(4,4'-Dibromo-2, 2'-Bipyridine-6,6 '-diyl) bis(methylenenitrilo) 3tetrakis (acetate). With 4,4 '-dinitro-6,6 '-dimethyl-2, 2'-bipyridine N,N-Dioxide as raw material, the compound is worked out through bromizat, acetyl bromide, oxygenate with PBr3 NBS bromization and diethyl iminobis(acetate). Its structure is determined with DSC,IR,element analysis and H-NMR.
