摘要
概述了软件外包的内涵、目的、流程以及注意的问题。从发包和接包双方出发,分别讨论了确保软件外包顺利进行的方法,最后简要介绍了常用的软件外包技术——RUP,并指出下一步研究方向——敏捷开发在外包软件中的应用。
This paper first outlines the content, purpose, process and problems concerning the software outsourcing. As both the vendor and client, we discuss the methods to ensure the software be outsourced, introduce the commonly used software outsourcing technology- RUP, and give the prospective for the applications of agile development in the software outsourcing.
