关于建立地区性生产实习基地的研究

A Research on Establishing Production Practice Bases in Areas

生产实习是高等工科教育的重要教学环节,然而随着市场经济的发展和高校规模的扩大,目前的生产实习模式已经不能适应培养高素质人才的要求。本文分析了目前生产实习模式存在的问题,讨论了在生产实习中学生不能亲自参与实际生产的原因,分析了建立地区性生产实习基地的可行性,认为建立地区性生产实习基地是培养学生的实践能力和创新精神的有效途径。

The production practice is an important step in higher engineering education. But, with the development of market economy and the expansion of university scale, the model of production practice used at present has not fitted in with the needs cultivating higher quality students. In the paper, the problems existed in the production practice have been analyzed, the reason way students cannot participate in practical production has been discussed, and the feasibility to establish production practice bases in areas has been researched. The authors consider that to establish production practice bases is an effective way to cultivate students＇ practice and innovation ability.
