The Construction of Teacher's Innovative Teams in Universities under the Strategy of "Talent Oriented"

在"人才强校"战略下,高校在师资队伍建设过程中,应大力推行创新团队建设,发挥团队优势,提高学校科学研究能力和学科建设水平,在实践中锻炼队伍。本文围绕着创新团队的本质特征,探讨了创新团队建设的主要措施,并提出了在创新团队建设过程中应注意的一些问题。

Under the strategy of ＂talent oriented＂, the construction of innovative teams should be performed to develop team advantage, to improve the level of research and teaching, and to enhance teacher＇s ability in universities. In this paper, based on the essential characters of innovative team, the main measures of construction are discussed, and the problems that could arise are emphasized too.
