摘要
"512"汶川大地震造成了巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失。其中,学校和医院等公共建筑的倒塌更是引起了广泛关注。本文概述了这次地震中学校和医院建筑的震害情况,然后介绍了钢结构的抗震性能、历史震害特征以及可用于改进钢结构抗震性能的措施,并对现行《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)中关于"大震不倒验算"的条文提出了修改建议。最后,建议应推广钢结构在地震区的应用,尤其是学校和医院等公共建筑应采用钢结构。
“5·12” Wenchuan earthquake caused large number of casualties and economic loss. The collapse of public buildings, such as the school buildings and hospital buildings, has attracted attention of engineers and researchers. In this paper, the damage of school buildings and hospital buildings during this earthquake is briefly introduced. Then the excellent seismic behavior of steel buildings has been explained, followed by introduction of historical damage to steel structures and the corresponding improving measures. After that, a suggestion has been proposed for the clause on “Preventing the collapse of buildings” in the current “Code for seismic design of buildings” (GB 50011-2001). At last it is suggested to improve the application of steel structures in seismic zone, especially for public buildings such as schools and hospitals.
