This paper sets forth that the swift development of the whole worldization and information technology has caused to the cooperation of catalog work beyond the border to become indispensability and probability, such standardization, and the standard cataloguing data has settled the base against the automatic management of catalog information, catalog information exchange and its resource sharing, for the professional work departments such as press, issue and library.
