摘要
论文从盲文出版物、组织机构、服务方式、盲人数字图书馆等方面分析了我国图书馆在为视障人士服务方面与国外发达国家图书馆之间的差距,并就存在的问题提出了具体的解决措施。
This paper analyzes the disparity between libraries of our country and foreign libraries of developed countries in reader service for visually impaired people, from braille publication, organizations and agencies, service mode, blind person digital library and so on, and proposes the concrete solution measure on the existent problems,
