On the Effect of Government Information Opening Regulation to the Public Library and Relative Countermeasure

2008年5月1日开始实施的《政府信息公开条例》规定公共图书馆和档案馆共同作为政府信息公开的场所。这对公共图书馆既是机遇,也是挑战。论文阐述了《政府信息公开条例》对公共图书馆可能产生的影响,并针对性地提出公共图书馆发展的若干对策。

Government Information Opening Regulation which is put into effect on Mayl,2008, regulates that public library and archives establishment are commonly open lieu of government information. This is both opportunity and challenge to the public library. This paper discusses the effect of Government Information Opening Regulation to the public library, and brings forward some countermeasures of the public library development.
