摘要
目的:对广东产毛鱼藤(Derris elliptica(Roxb.)Benth.)根的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种层析手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了8个异黄酮类化合物,分别为:樱黄素(prunetin,1),芒柄花素(formononetin 2),pseudoboptigen(3),3′-methoxydaidzein(4),染料木素(genistein 5),大豆素(daidzein 6),dihydrodaidzein(7),demethylvestitol(8)。结论:化合物1,2,5,6为首次从毛鱼藤中分得,化合物3,4,7,8为首次从鱼藤属中分得。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Derris elliptica (Roxb.) Benth. METHODS :The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods, and the chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS: Eight isoflavones were obtained and their structures were identified as prunetin (1), formononetin (2), pseudoboptigen (3), 3′-methoxydaidzein (4), genistein (5), daidzein (6), dihydrodaidzein (7), demethylvestitol (8) CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2, 5, 6 were isolated from Derris elliptica (Roxb.) Benth. for the first time and compounds 3, 4, 7, 8 were isolated from the genus for the first time.
