摘要
目的:对酸枣仁化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:运用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从酸枣仁中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1),白桦脂酸甲酯(2),豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3),过氧麦角甾醇(4),菜油甾醇(5),异当药黄素(6),甘油(7)和pseudolaroside B(8)。结论:化合物1-8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the seeds ofZiziphusjujuba var. spinosa. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods as well as recrystaltization. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as lupeol (1), methyl betulinate (2), stigmast-4-en-3-one (3), 5a,8a-epidioxy-(22E,4R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3fl-ol (4), campesterol (5), isoswertisin (6), glycerol (7) and pseudolaroside B (8). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
